Vetle Ludvig Eriksen Sondov

Vetle Ludvig Eriksen Sondov is an Associate Lawyer at Molteberg Nilsen Law Firm. He primarily works with employment law and related disputes, assisting both employees and employers in matters concerning termination, dismissal, consultations, whistleblowing, wage claims, negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Vetle handles a high volume of cases and follows matters from initial intake to completion. He has experience in litigation and dispute resolution, including proceedings before the courts and the Conciliation Board. In addition, he regularly assists with contract law, social security and health law, as well as tort law.

Prior to joining Molteberg Nilsen Law Firm, Vetle worked at Jussformidlingen in Bergen, where he managed his own portfolio and handled cases primarily within employment law and tenancy law. He has also served as a student representative on the Appeals Board at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Vetle wrote his master’s thesis on the employer’s managerial prerogative and is known for being efficient, clear in communication, and confident in legal proceedings. Admission to the Bar is expected in August 2026.
