Einar Magnus Bostad is a developer and Head of IT at Molteberg Nilsen, with overall responsibility for the firm’s technological solutions and digital infrastructure.
He works on developing tailored systems and efficient digital tools that support the firm’s operations and continued development. His role encompasses both strategic and operational responsibility within system architecture, web applications, integrations, automation, and artificial intelligence, as well as the management of CRM, internal systems, and CMS/websites.
Einar is also responsible for IT operations, including technical equipment, networks, infrastructure, and user support, and serves as a link between technology and business needs. His work contributes to stable solutions, efficient workflows, and a high level of technical quality.
He has previous experience as a customer consultant at Norsk Tipping and as an assistant store manager at the retail chain Outland. Einar studied programming and development at Hedmark University College, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in Visual Simulation. In addition, he has broad experience from technology environments and development projects, including through his involvement in the volunteer organization KANDU and the event The Gathering.
