Kenneth Guttormsen

Kenneth Guttormsen is the COO (Chief Operating Officer) with overall responsibility for the firm’s daily operations, business development, and market strategy. He has more than 10 years of experience in business development and has previously worked in international and publicly listed companies.

At Molteberg Nilsen, Kenneth works at the intersection of operations, technology, and commercial development. He is responsible for internal organization and ensures that the firm’s systems, routines, and use of resources support both efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

His role includes developing internal processes, structure, and culture, with the aim of building a modern and forward-looking law firm. Kenneth also leads the firm’s marketing efforts, including strategy, positioning, and content development, and works purposefully to strengthen the firm’s visibility and client experience in both the private and corporate markets.
