Trine Næssvik

Trine has more than 19 years of experience in contract law, employment law (both individual and collective), procurement, data protection, and technology law. She works closely with both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment relationships—from the establishment and termination of employment contracts to restructuring, downsizing, whistleblowing cases, complex HR matters, and issues related to collective agreements and cooperation with employee representatives.

Trine is particularly focused on combining professional thoroughness with clear and practical advice, and on creating a sense of security in situations that are often experienced as challenging for those involved. She thrives in negotiations and in the role of a trusted advisor, placing emphasis on finding solutions that balance legal, commercial, and human considerations.

She has led negotiations of large and complex technology contracts both nationally and internationally, and has extensive experience with GDPR, public procurement, compliance, and the development of internal frameworks. Trine enjoys working in interdisciplinary environments where technology meets law, and is motivated by making complex issues understandable and manageable for clients.
